Privacy Policy

SuriaBoost processes website URLs, authorised account connections and the evidence needed to provide visibility reporting and reviewable recommendations. We do not sell personal data.
Google user data
When an authorised workspace owner connects Google, SuriaBoost requests read-only access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics. We use that access only to list the properties the owner may choose, read the selected property’s reporting data, and provide the requested search, visitor and visibility measurements inside that workspace.
SuriaBoost does not use Google user data for advertising, does not sell it, and does not allow another tenant to access it. It cannot edit or delete Google Search Console or Google Analytics data, settings or properties. Google refresh tokens are encrypted and stored server-side; they are never sent to another browser or workspace. An authorised owner can disconnect Google from the workspace, which stops future collection using that connection.
SuriaBoost’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Other data we process
We store tenant-scoped crawl evidence, reports, approvals, connection metadata and audit events. Raw crawl evidence is retained for up to 90 days. Reports, approvals and outcome history remain while a workspace is active.
Retention and deletion
Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days, subject to legal retention duties. Contact the workspace operator for access, correction or deletion requests.
